We aim to deliver orders within 5 working days, unless stated otherwise in the product description.
If you order is for multiple products they may be delivered in separate packages.
Delivery is to UK addresses only.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your product to reach you, may vary.
The first order from any customer must be delivered to the billing or confirmed PayPal address.
All products must be inspected as soon as is possible and we must be informed of defective or damaged goods within 7 days of the delivery date.
If you fail to take delivery of the product, provide inadequate delivery instructions or there is no-one available to accept delivery, the product may be returned to ourselves and a further delivery date arranged. You agree to meet the costs of any subsequent re-delivery.
If you wish to return a product please email us prior to returning the product. This needs to be done within 14 days of it being delivered. You have a further 14 days from this date to return the product to us.
You are responsible for all return shipping costs and goods in transit insurance. We are not responsible for products we receive back damaged due to them not being securely packaged.
If you are returning a product to us this is to be by a tracked shipping service and have shipping insurance which covers the retail value. We don’t guarantee we will receive your returned product and you remain liable for the loss of the returned product.
In circumstances where an product had been returned but not received by us it will be considered lost. Lost products will not be refunded or replaced by us and it will be up to you to seek compensation from your carrier.
In the unlikely event you received a damaged/defective product, please email us to arrange a replacement.
To be eligible for a full refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received by us we will inspect it to ensure the product is unused and has not been damaged whilst in transit.
If everything is in order we will email you to let you know your refund is being processed.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the return and will be applied to your original method of payment.
If you receive a refund and have not covered payment for the return shipping, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
